DELIVERY CHARGES
For orders under £250 there is a delivery charge of
£20. For orders over £250 there is no delivery
charge for our standard UPS service.

TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Serpac products:
20 working days from receipt of order.
Customised Serpac products:
4 to 6 weeks depending upon work required.
Please allow additional days for delivery if you
are outside of the UK.
PROFORMA ACCOUNTS
For new or occasional customers we can issue
proforma invoices. The order is processed once
payment has been received.
30 DAY CREDIT ACCOUNT
Please call or email us if you wish to set up
a 30 day credit account.
